This is the login page where you'll enter your email address and password to access your Star-bot dashboard.
On the Homepage of the Dashboard, all you have to do is enter your customer's name, email or phone at the top of the page. After that, the system will automate the entire process.
Your dashboard will let you add any review site that you want. It is not limited. You can also prioritize review sites, which will tell Star-bot to send more review forms to the sites that are of a higher priority.
Your Dashboard has a manual vs automatic setting. The automatic setting sends the review forms to the sites that need them the most to improve your star rating. However, we recommend setting the system on Manual for the first 60 days and just sending reviews to Google. That is the best way to experience the power of the system AND to improve your online reputation because Google is the #1 online directory listing. When you set the system on Automatic, keep in mind that Yelp hides 50% of all reviews, so you have to consistently send a lot of reviews to Yelp to get your Yelp rating up. The way to be successful with building your online reputation is to make sure to enter all of your customers in the system, and not just the ones who you think will leave you good reviews. Most people receive far more good reviews than negative reviews, and Star-bot will help you start getting credit for that everywhere people see you online.
On the "customers" section, you can view the entire list of every customer that's been entered so you can track feedback.
You can click on the "view Feedback" button next to your customer's star rating to see which review site's form was sent to them.
When your customer's information is entered, a Star Rating Request Form is sent to your customers by email or text.
You can customize the message your customers will receive when you ask them to rate and review you.
If your customer gives you a 4 or 5 star review, they are sent to a review form. They have to fill out the form for the review to be sent to the site, otherwise you will just receive an internal star rating.
You can set a custom message for the automated response your customers will receive when they leave you a good review.
If your customer gives you a 1-3 star rating, they are sent to an internal review form and asked to give feedback. You can customize the message your customers will see if they leave you a 1, 2, or 3 star review.
Negative Reviews are Internalized within the system, giving you an opportunity to reach out to your customers. You'll receive a notification through email or text if you receive a bad review, allowing you to immediately reach out to your customer and respond. You can view the content of the negative review by clicking the "view feedback" button next to your customer's information on your dashboard.
Your dashboard has the option to turn "review gating" off for any or all review sites and send review forms straight to your customers without asking for a star rating first. If you find you're getting more star ratings than reviews, you might want to consider using this setting. Flip the switch on the review gating setting to "off" and Star-bot will stop asking for a rating request and will send review forms to everyone.
The dashboard for each individual review site also includes a great feature where you can track your competitor's review counts and star ratings.
Star-bot comes with an amazing feature called "kiosk mode."Kiosk mode is an interface that shows your logo and has form you can use to ask your customers to enter their information. It's great for use on an iPAD, or iphone. You can ask your customers to enter their information straight from your place of business, or wherever you are on-location. You can also add multiple users to your account and only give them access to kiosk mode. You could assign 1 user per work crew. So, if you're a service company with multiple crews, you can have each crew asking customers to enter their information on site so you can have review forms sent to let you know how each one of your crews is doing. You'll be able to track which crews in your company are getting the best reviews.
You can do the same thing if you're a store with multiple locations, but you'll need a separate Star-bot account setup for each of your different locations.
You can customize the kiosk mode screen by changing the color and adding your logo.
If your customers don't respond to your first request for a review, Star-bot will send them a follow-up email in 7 days, asking them to rate and review you.
You will have the option to send your repeat customers a loyalty email. You'll be able to send them an appreciation email after they've visited your office or given you repeat business a certain number of times. For example, a clinic might send a loyalty email after a patient's third visit. You can change the settings to send the email anytime between a customer's first visit, all the way to their 99th visit.
You also have 3 options to use to embed a widget on your website that highlights your review count on top sites and has a button customers can press that will take them to a review form to leave you a review.
